Frequently asked questions
Where is MJC located?
Our shop is at 5014 Forsyth Commerce Rd, Orlando, FL 32807. We work in homes across Orlando and nearby cities.
Do you build the cabinets yourselves?
Yes. MJC builds custom cabinets to measure in its own Orlando shop and installs them with its team.
How much does a custom kitchen cost with MJC?
Complete custom kitchens start at $15,000. Size, materials and countertop define the final price, which you receive in a written quote.
Is the 3D design free?
Yes. We measure your space and design it in 3D at no cost, so you see the result before deciding.
What is the mobile showroom?
A van that brings door, finish and granite samples to your home, so you choose materials in your own kitchen light.
What do you build besides kitchens?
Bathroom vanities, walk-in and reach-in closets, TV walls, home office and mudroom built-ins, pantries and laundry cabinets.
Do you do full kitchen remodels?
Yes. We coordinate cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, tile and finish carpentry with our team and trusted partners.
Do you install granite countertops?
Yes. Granite is chosen from samples and installed together with your new cabinets.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available through Hearth, subject to credit approval.
What areas do you serve?
Orlando and nearby cities, including Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Oviedo, Lake Mary, Sanford, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, Kissimmee, Celebration and St. Cloud.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
How do I start?
Call or text (239) 296-0689 or request a free design visit on our website. We will schedule a time to measure your space.
Are custom cabinets worth it compared to stock cabinets?
They are worth it when you plan to stay in the home, when the room has odd sizes, or when you want storage planned around how you live. For a tight rental budget, stock or ready-to-assemble cabinets can make more sense.
When should I plan a new kitchen?
Search interest in the Orlando market peaks in January, so designing in November or December puts your project ahead of the busiest season.
Do imported cabinet tariffs affect custom cabinets?
The federal tariff applies to imported finished cabinets. Cabinets built in the United States do not pay that tariff on the finished product, though some imported materials and hardware may carry other tariffs.
